Our dies are designed and CNC-machined in-house. Our own team forges, trims and finishes every part, and our own fleet delivers it. That means one supplier, full traceability and no hand-offs between your drawing and your delivery.

WHAT WE DO
Open, closed and upset die forging. From 500 g to 3 tons.
OPEN DIE FORGING
Heavy components of up to 3 tons, shaped between flat dies by our skilled blacksmiths and made to your exact specification.
CLOSED DIE FORGING
Complex, precise parts from 500 g to 48 kg, pressed in dies we design and machine in-house. The process aligns the grain of the metal along the lines of stress, giving strength that machining or casting can’t match.
UPSET FORGING
Bar from 6 mm to 100 mm in diameter and up to 8 m long, upset to form heads and flanges. Ideal for bolts, eye-bolts and special fasteners.
