Upset forging at its Best

The upset forging process is accomplished by holding pre-heated material between grip dies. Pressure is then applied to the end of the bar that displaces the heated metal within the cavity of the dies.

Our capability is from 6mm – 100mm diameter bar up to 8 meter lengths, including flat, square and hexagonal material.

Designing & Draughting

Bensch provides computer aided draughting and component design using Solidworks® software to produce up-to-date drawings.

CNC Machining

Our CNC machining department manufactures dies as well as adding further value to the components we forge by further refining components as needed.

Packing & Logistics

Bensch ensures products arrive where they are needed and in a fit-for-purpose condition because we package components carefully to avoid damage in transit.

Die Sinking & Refurbishing

Bensch sinks and refurbishes its own dies using its complement of sophisticated cnc machinery.
